About Me

Keyana Jones Johnson, LMHC, LSWA, BC-DMT

I believe prioritizing mental health is key to having a healthy and successful life. I believe everyone deserves a unique individualized approach to their healing. My work is grounded in clinical research, clinical training and a foundational belief that simultaneously, you can have a healthy relationship with yourself while having a healthy connection with others.

My approach is warm, culturally responsive, insight-oriented, and solution-focused. Creating a space where you feel emotionally safe, seen, understood, and supported while also creating meaningful change is my absolute love language.

Once we decide to work together, you will have my undivided attention and care. I will be there to listen to you, ask you questions to allow you to think deeply and gain clarity, challenge you, and support you along the way. Schedule your free 15-minute consultation to get started today!

Who I work with

I work with adult women who are professionals, executives, entrepreneurs, wives, and mothers. They are very successful on paper but emotionally exhausted in real life.

They are often navigating high demands, people-pleasing, perfectionism, boundary issues, marriage stress, and motherhood transitions. They want to be free of the pressure of always having to “hold it together” and tired of carrying everything alone.

I specialize in helping these high-achieving women heal from anxiety, relational wounds, emotional exhaustion, and unhealthy relationship patterns so they can experience greater peace, confidence, emotional safety, and healthier connections in their personal and professional lives.

Availability: I see clients via Telehealth across Massachusetts.

Some Therapy Modalities I Use:

Attachment Based Therapy: helps you understand how your relationship with your primary caregivers growing up shape your emotions, trust in others, and how you build adult relationships today.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT):  helps you understand how your thoughts, feelings and actions are connected so you can change unhelpful patterns and make healthier choices.

Dance Movement Therapy (DMT): uses dance and movement to help people express their feelings, connect with others, understand themselves better and bring the mind and body together to support healing and personal growth.

Mindfulness Based Therapy: helps you pay attention to the present moment and handle your thoughts and feelings with kindness instead of judgement.

Somatic Therapy: helps you understand how your feelings affect your body and teaches you ways to ease stress, relax, feel safe and calm.
